WIRE-BOND®'S Level Eye is a continuous adjustable system designed with in-line eyelets welded to the side rod of 3/16" or 9 gauge wire. Profile of the entire welded assembly -- eyelets, pintles, cross and side wires -- does not exceed .3/16" in height. This insures complete mortar coverage for maximum strength.

Level Eye utilizes the same features as WIRE-BOND®'s core clear hook-and-eye to insure continuous 16"o.c. spacing. When installed vertically at 16"o.c., the 16"o.c.horizontal spacing insures code compliance requiring one 3/16" pintle every 1.77 square feet of wall area.

• Allows use of heavier gauge on side wires. This allows use of 3/16" side   rods on backup material eliminating weld points that are too thick.

• The dual tangent points are made by a slight indentation in the "U". The   points achieve a deep weld into the side wires of the reinforcement for   maximum strength and durability. The same weld is used in our truss   design .

• "U" shaped eyelets piece is completely surrounded by mortar for   maximum strength. Exceeds pull strength requirements of ASTM951.   (Test results available).

• Our "lollipop" design eyelets meet ACI530 Code requirements. They are   produced on our high-speed, multi-slide wire forming machines and   undergo a five-step quality control process.

• Level Eye maintains a solid balance on the block with no uneven motion.

• Packing for shipment is easier to manage. More product can be   accommodated at lower cost. A tighter package means more product in   less space, and less movement during shipping.
